Style. Whether it's a chance meeting or an interview for a new job, what's on the outside is just as important as what's on the inside. We've all been told "it's what's on the inside that counts", however, too often nobody gets to see what's on the inside because "first impressions are everything!"

As a stylist, I've advised people from all walks of life. No matter our age, profession or body shape, we all benefit from looking our best. How you present yourself tells the world how you want to be treated. Be sure to visit my website at www.karensuzanne.com if you or someone you know is looking for personal assistance!

I was fortunate to attend the "Mad Men Cocktail Party," hosted by Banana Republic in Dallas this week.  People clamored to see the much anticipated collection designed by Mad Men's own Janie Bryant, costume designer for the award winning cable show. The collection, which consists of approximately 65 pieces, didn't disappoint this retro loving gal! Not only was it the official debut for the Mad Men collection, but BR also launched their first wave of fall merchandise. Although the collection was a modern interpretation of 60's design, the majority of the remaining fall product is certainly using the same inspiration. From nipped waists with full skirts, to slim cut men's trousers, BR knows a good thing when it sews it. 3 piece suits? Yep. Fedoras? Yes! Girdles? Noooo. This is all about a MODERN interpretation, so these pieces are well fitted, but comfortable. Chic and sophisticated, polished yet still sexy. You'll find everything you need for fall; appropriate for the office and easily restyled to be evening and weekend ready. Check it out,  the collection is limited!
